Residential building activity stabilised in the third quarter of 2004, adding to the already record pipeline of work yet to be done, according to figures released this week showing that, despite a fall in total building activity in the September 2004 quarter.
The value of residential building work done increased to $8.717 billion, up 0.8 per cent, to its highest level in 4 years
