Data just released shows that Gold Coast house and land sales have hit a real low, with the lowest number of house and land sales recorded on the Gold Coast since 1985, according to a property report.

The Prodap Report states just 230 blocks of land and house-and-land packages were sold on the Gold Coast in the September quarter.

Almost a third of those sales were made by Stockland at their three estates  Ormeau Ridge, Highland Reserve Upper Coomera and Riverstone Crossing Upper Coomera  while 15 deals were done at Mirvac's Gainsborough Greens estate in Pimpama.
