Islands So Cheap

There are many private islands on the Australian property market at present including Little Green Island off Mackay which will be auctioned very soon, is expected to fetch around $2m to $2.5 million.
Other idyllic choices range from the 16.5ha Goodnight Island off Greenwell Point on the NSW South Coast, around $3 million, and a 16.7ha parcel of land on Dunk Island off Queensland has been listed at $8.3 million
