Over the past year ending September 2004 there were approximately 1,533 new apartments sold grossing approximately $853 Million.
In the September 2004 quarter alone there were approximately 438 new apartments sold grossing approximately $248 Million.
At the end of the September 2004 quarter there were approximately 1,323 new apartments available for sale which equates to approximately 9 months of supply based on the current records of demand
