Good quarterly results for Queensland were recorded according to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland [REIQ] research with Queensland's property market is performing well.
However the continued strength is making it extremely difficult for first home buyers, especially in southeast Queensland where demand is very strong for House and Land acquisitions
