The latest sign of the Australian property-real estate sector improving;

Foreign investors are buying up home building stocks, undeveloped land, residential houses, and apartments, plus commercial and rural land, industrial warehouses and office space while betting on the housing recovery.

Hedge funds and private equity firms have been rushing in to buy up companies and assets in every part of the housing supply chain, including undeveloped land, home builders, mortgagee in possession homes, and building supplies manufacturers.

There is a quiet move to acquire huge amounts of property and as we all know and as history has shown us "It falls the most in a downturn, but also rises the most in an upturn."

Over the past year foreign investors have bought up a massive quantity of Australian property including residential houses, and apartments and commercial and rural land, industrial warehouses and office space showing there is obviously the opportunity for gain in the future.
